Ardbeg Scotch Uigeadail

In 1815, Ardbeg’s founder established our Distillery on the rugged, wild coastal rocks of South Islay. Over 200 years later, we’re still using our unique peat-laden wild water source and wisdom handed down through generations to craft the Ultimate Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Matured in ex-bourbon American Oak and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, Uigeadail - proFALSEunced ‘Ooga-dal’ – is Gaelic for ‘dark and mysterious place’, named after the Ardbeg’s water source, Loch Uigeadail.

Rich, oily and mouth-coating – winter spices explode. Honey-glazed smoked food and treacle. Smoke builds like a fine Montecristo cigar.
