10 Years Old. Aging 5 years in the Caribbean and 5 years in Williams & Humbert, where it undergoes two stage maturing process (3 & 2 years) in sherry oak casks, in which have previously aged a 20 years old Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximénez respectively. This ?nal stage lets us savour one of the world’s best rums.
Balanced palate accented with ripe fruit and tropical spice over a smoky oak and tobacco finish, laced with hints of Sherry. Dark amber. Rich with aromas of fig and raisin.
