Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer free same-day delivery throughout the Buffalo area, including Tonawanda, Kenmore, Amherst, and Cheektowaga. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically delivered the same day.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, there is a $25 minimum order for delivery. Delivery is free on orders over $49, and $4.99 for orders under $49.
Do I need to show ID for delivery?
Yes. All deliveries require a valid government-issued ID showing the recipient is 21 years of age or older. The delivery driver will verify your ID upon arrival. We cannot leave orders unattended.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely. Select in-store pickup at checkout and your order will be ready for you at 1230 Colvin Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14223.
What are your store hours?
Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes, we offer a rewards program for our customers. Ask in-store for details on how to sign up and start earning points on your purchases.
Can you special order a product?
In many cases, yes. If you're looking for a specific wine, spirit, or bourbon that we don't currently carry, give us a call at (716) 770-1230 and we'll do our best to source it for you.
Do you host tasting events?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — both in-store and online.
Do you accept returns?
Due to New York State liquor laws, we generally cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at (716) 770-1230 and we'll make it right.
Do you ship outside the Buffalo area?
Currently, we offer delivery within the greater Buffalo area only. We do not ship to other states at this time.
